Oh, me

The boys and I have started our new Elementary Human Anatomy book. (Awesome!). This week, we have been talking about cells, DNA, and how they make exact copies of themselves. Today we were at Pizza Hut, eating our free Book It! pizzas they earned for reading. (Also awesome!). This is the random conversation that arose.

Jake: My brain cells are so smart they've probably already figured out a new way to replicate themselves. Instead of two, they probably break into three.

I just sat and nodded, amused at both his wit and complete lack of humility. Levi got out his imaginary book and pen and started writing on his hand feverishly.

Levi: Hmm. Let me write that down in my book of things I don't care about!
